Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and drive end-to-end mobile test strategy, including test data, coverage, defect trends, and root-cause analysis.
- Build, maintain, and scale automation frameworks for iOS and Android applications.
- Integrate mobile test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Test applications on real devices using cloud labs, including battery usage, network performance, and memory-leak validation.
- Perform backend API testing to validate data integrity between mobile clients and servers.
- Conduct exploratory and manual testing to identify edge cases and coverage gaps.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and raise team-wide quality standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of QA experience, including at least 4+ years of mobile testing across iOS and Android.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or Kotlin.
- Proven experience building automation frameworks rather than only test scripts.
- Hands-on experience with Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
- Strong debugging skills using Charles Proxy and Xcode or Android Studio logs.
- Experience with BrowserStack or similar device labs.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and communication abilities.
