Base Salary
$108k - $173k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents that automate repeatable finance workflows using Snowflake Cortex and CoWork.
- Build AI skills that enable non-technical users to complete finance workflows through a single prompt.
- Create and maintain YAML semantic views encoding business context, financial metrics, and table relationships.
- Develop and maintain SQL pipelines that supply accurate, current finance data to semantic views.
- Run evaluations and refine agents and semantic views to improve output accuracy and reliability.
- Work directly with finance teams to understand needs and guide adoption.
- Own technical delivery from initial prototype through stable production across multiple finance workloads.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML or data science, including hands-on use of agentic coding tools.
- Required experience creating semantic views in YAML format.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, context, and prompt engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex AI and data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work directly with finance stakeholders and independently drive loosely defined problems to completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Finance, FP&A, or Accounting experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
