Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, flexible, and high-performance IAM services, including central Access Management and Authentication infrastructure.
- Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of current applications and build new features.
- Solve site and internal-system issues while prioritizing customer impact.
- Build and operate internal systems related to the Identity and Access Management platform.
- Make key technical decisions independently and within the engineering team.
- Communicate about technical problems with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience using Java and Spring or Spring Boot.
- Experience with distributed systems and message brokers such as Apache Kafka.
- Experience with the Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, and Beats.
- Knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals and experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Experience with algorithms and building smart, scalable code.
- Experience with Perl, Go, Python, Scala, or C++ is a plus.
- Experience working on products affecting a large customer base is an advantage.
- A university degree in Mathematics or Software Engineering is preferred.
