Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, design and code reviews, coding, and release activities as a hands-on engineering lead.
- Design and implement high-quality technology solutions within the Accounting Domain.
- Work with business stakeholders, the Tribe Lead, Product Owner, and Lead Architect to deliver business outcomes.
- Translate business capabilities and needs into technical solutions.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
Requirements
- Have at least 1.5 years of technical experience.
- Have good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Have experience with Kubernetes and the OpenShift container platform.
- Have experience with Oracle, Redis/Hazelcast, data modeling, normalization, and performance optimization.
- Have experience with RabbitMQ or IBM MQ, JMS, and data streaming technologies such as Kafka and Pub/Sub.
- Have cloud experience; the team uses GCP but also accepts AWS or Azure experience.
- Have experience working with APIs and data formats including JSON, XML, YAML, and Parquet.
