Responsibilities
- Deliver data, information, and analytical work across cases and programs, including proactive data creation and threat intelligence.
- Load and extract data, manipulate and organize information, and perform data transformations using Exiger technology.
- Use Python, SQL, and spreadsheet formulas to improve, accelerate, and scale processes.
- Create scalable and reliable enterprise-level applications.
- Query, analyze, and interpret data from a wide range of information systems.
- Provide accurate reporting, insights, recommendations, and evaluations of results in the context of business risk.
- Work with Exiger’s AI-powered research due diligence engine and understand its methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Manage project lifecycle tasks, personal workload, and pipeline while understanding the software development life cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or an equivalent technical or quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience using Python and SQL.
- Experience with data analysis and relevant software such as R, Python, or VBA.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Sisense, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Experience loading and transforming data, primarily with Microsoft SQL Server; other database technologies are advantageous.
- Knowledge of relational database structures and database concepts is advantageous.
- Experience with code repository operations such as check-in, check-out, merging, and branching.
- Experience deploying to Kubernetes and executing applications in a scaled environment.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
