Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Salesforce processes and flows.
- Develop and maintain system functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and web technologies.
- Document object-level processes and create user guides.
- Assist with system changes, user training, and collaboration with key users across departments.
- Debug cross-system issues and ensure the reliability of Salesforce and connected services.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and related technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Java frameworks, or Apex and Visualforce.
- Experience with web services and APIs.
- Experience debugging cross-system issues involving Salesforce, integrations, and dependent systems.
- Strong problem-solving, logical-thinking, communication, and process-learning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with word processing.
