Responsibilities
- Build CI/CD pipelines, integration automation, and quality gates across Windows platforms.
- Lead customer-facing technical co-engineering with PC OEMs and internal engineering teams to define integration requirements, enable self-host, support QA validation, and resolve defects.
- Automate platform onboarding, staged deployment, configuration tracking, health monitoring, and recovery.
- Develop telemetry-based diagnostics to isolate product regressions from infrastructure or test failures and translate findings into verified fixes and regression coverage.
- Support UEFI integration and validation across boot, ACPI, power transitions, updates, and recovery.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for regression detection, issue reproduction, and bug-fix validation using platform health metrics.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant firmware or system software development experience.
- Deep hands-on expertise in UEFI integration and debugging, including EDK II, with strong knowledge of ACPI, Windows internals, and firmware/driver interactions.
- Strong C/C++ skills and proficiency in Python or PowerShell, plus experience building CI pipelines and conducting hardware-based validation for Arm-based platforms.
- Experience analyzing crash dumps, system logs, and telemetry to isolate failures across system layers and measure engineering outcomes.
- Proven experience owning complex platform work in customer-facing engagements with PC OEMs or firmware partners while remaining hands-on.
- Experience shipping Windows on Arm PCs and expertise in Windows internals, driver integration, performance, or power management are advantageous.
- Experience building shared automation and diagnostic tools or applying AI or machine learning to log analysis, failure clustering, or evidence retrieval is advantageous.
