Responsibilities
- Design, build, fine-tune, customize, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs, foundation models, and transformer architectures.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and agentic AI implementations using orchestration frameworks such as Crew.ai and LangChain.
- Implement and optimize model pipelines with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and ML pipeline tools.
- Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to productionize GenAI models on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and custom interfaces.
- Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics and improve outputs through iterative experimentation.
- Ensure deployed AI models are robust, scalable, and compliant, while keeping current with GenAI research and open-source tools.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or equivalent listed degree qualification; M.Tech and MCA are also listed.
- Strong experience with generative AI, LLMs, transformers, Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms and AI services such as Azure AI Foundry or GCP Vertex.
- Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks; FastAPI or Flask; and MLflow or Weights & Biases.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD for ML, including Azure ML or SageMaker Pipelines.
- Preferred experience with RAG, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Streamlit, Gradio, Docker, Kubernetes, data preprocessing, feature engineering, spaCy, and NLTK.
- Good-to-have experience with model fine-tuning and small language models.
