Base Salary
$147k - $293k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery workshops and translate customer processes, business outcomes, data, systems, and constraints into executable solution approaches.
- Define and govern end-to-end architectures spanning applications, data, integrations, AI, workflows, identity, security, and operational concerns.
- Author architecture documents, specifications, interface designs, data models, decision records, implementation guidance, and reusable architecture patterns.
- Provide day-to-day technical direction to consultants, developers, data and AI specialists, integration resources, QA teams, and partners.
- Coordinate build, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, release readiness, cutover, hypercare, and transition to operations.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to customers and communicate architecture decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and technical issues to stakeholders and executives.
- Identify and manage architecture, integration, data, security, performance, deployment, scope, and change risks.
- Support proposals, demonstrations, estimates, Statements of Work, delivery plans, and solution narratives.
- Mentor consultants and technical leads and contribute reusable reference architectures, accelerators, templates, lessons learned, and technical standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise software or digital transformation solutions and leading multidisciplinary implementation teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead solution definition through build, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
- Strong architecture skills across applications, data, integrations, workflows, security, and non-functional requirements.
- Experience governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, dependencies, and change across customer, partner, and distributed delivery teams.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, presentation, written communication, and executive-level technical storytelling skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Willingness to travel and work across customer locations and time zones as required.
- Preferred experience with Siemens Digital Industries Software products including Intelligence Center X, SLC, Mendix, Teamcenter, NX, Opcenter, Graph Studio, or AI Studio.
- Preferred experience architecting multi-product solutions involving enterprise applications, industrial data, AI, low-code applications, and business workflows.
- Preferred experience with cloud and hybrid architectures, APIs and integration patterns, data platforms, identity and access management, DevSecOps, or enterprise observability.
- Relevant architecture, cloud, platform, security, or Siemens product certifications are preferred.

- Annual base salary range of 146,700–293,400.
