Responsibilities

  • Perform value alignment and lead adoption activities with strategic enterprise customers.
  • Build relationships across customer and partner IT and business organizations to understand, document, and communicate portfolio management and agile transformation needs.
  • Engage customers early in their decision-making process and identify business problems and potential project impacts.
  • Maintain account opportunity, engagement, and adoption information.
  • Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.
  • Maintain knowledge of Broadcom Agile Operations Division capabilities, ValueOps functionality, and related third-party solutions.
  • Perform software demonstrations and proofs of value for portfolio planning and agile solutions.
  • Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Services, Management, and other domain specialists to align solutions, technology, architecture, and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate on account marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience, or a master’s degree and 10+ years of related experience, in a technology or business-related discipline.
  • Strong background with Project and Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, and Apptio.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Ability to understand customer business problems and formulate and articulate software solutions.
  • Ability to discuss and document business requirements with business users and translate them into working applications.
  • Broad understanding of business and IT management.
  • Strong presentation and software demonstration skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to understand customers’ underlying business objectives and shift relationships toward partnerships.
