Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the AWS solution design and end-to-end architecture for enterprise multi-agent AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock.
- Act as the primary technical face to clients and lead architecture discussions, client workshops, and stakeholder alignment.
- Assess existing AWS and AI environments to determine reuse opportunities, net-new capabilities, scope, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Define agent evaluation methodologies, acceptance criteria, quality metrics, and delivery sequencing across project sprints.
- Stay hands-on with prompt engineering, Bedrock agent configuration, and evaluation framework setup.
- Coordinate across platform, security, architecture, data-owner, business, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
- Present solution designs, architecture recommendations, project progress, and technical decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems of record and implement governed writes, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop approval workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AWS solution architecture with extensive client-facing enterprise consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, Agentic AI architectures, multi-agent solutions, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience designing enterprise AI solutions using Retrieval Augmented Generation, vector databases, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms.
- Knowledge of AWS services including IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Experience assessing AWS environments, enterprise requirements, system integrations, data sources, and AI capabilities.
- Experience with enterprise integrations such as ServiceNow, ITSM platforms, and systems of record.
- Familiarity with AI security and governance, including IAM, PII protection, auditability, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore and Model Context Protocol.
- Strong workshop facilitation, analytical thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of delivery activities from requirements analysis through product release and post-production support.
