Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, test, and deploy software systems.
- Write algorithms to decode and modulate neural activity.
- Design user experiences centered around neural control of devices.
- Mentor others through code and design reviews.
- Present results in collaborative settings.
- Support research sessions with neuroengineers and animal training specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in modern high-performance backend languages such as Python, Golang, C++, or Rust.
- HW/SW debugging skills with lab equipment.
- Strong understanding of engineering first principles.
- Mission-driven and goal-oriented problem solver.
