Responsibilities
- Design and build investment management technology focused on investment lifecycle processes and investment research.
- Lead and mentor software developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Research and apply advanced machine learning concepts, analytics, algorithms, and automation opportunities.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to implement AI/ML-based solutions from start to finish.
- Apply software engineering practices, optimize team delivery workflows, and maintain enterprise standards.
- Work collaboratively with business partners and team members across multiple offices and countries.
Requirements
- B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject area with 7+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with React.js, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with AWS, including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and API Gateway.
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business requirements-gathering skills.
- Ability to lead developers and collaborate with business system analysts and product engineering teams.
