Responsibilities
- Lead daily engineering operations and ensure delivery of high-impact product enhancements.
- Drive system design decisions with Software Architects for major initiatives.
- Solve complex technical challenges hands-on and support team problem-solving.
- Partner with Product Managers on roadmaps, delivery commitments, resource planning, and project scope.
- Mentor engineers through coaching, pair programming, and code reviews.
- Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt and long-term codebase health concerns.
- Promote engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a Guild or Chapter Lead to drive cross-team engineering alignment.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven development practices and productivity tooling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on server-side engineering.
- 3+ years of experience leading software development teams as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership capacity.
- Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating software development lifecycle risks.
- Experience delivering SaaS product roadmaps and improving development efficiency and delivery outcomes.
- A strong record of mentoring engineers and leading project planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
- Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions.
- Preferred: experience designing and optimizing complex Power BI solutions, enterprise dashboards, and semantic models.
- Preferred: proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M), including production-level Power BI connector development.
- Preferred: experience with BI tools, data architecture, cloud, DevOps, AI-driven analytics, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft AI/ML capabilities.

- Base salary range is INR 3,334,976–4,512,026.
