Base Salary
$145k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and train learning-based manipulation systems for humanoid and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain high-fidelity digital twins using tools like Isaac Sim or MuJoCo.
- Implement and evaluate advanced AI approaches such as Action Chunking with Transformers and Diffusion Policies.
- Work with modern foundation models for robotics, adapting and deploying them for real-world tasks.
- Contribute to the development of a Universal Manipulation Interface abstraction layer.
- Build teleoperation-to-training data pipelines.
- Design sim-to-real transfer strategies including domain randomization.
- Evaluate policy robustness and real-world performance.
- Collaborate with perception and controls teams for stable closed-loop policies.
- Deploy and iterate on models in production environments.
Requirements
- Experience training embodied AI policies for real robots.
- Familiarity with transformer-based action models.
- Experience with diffusion policies or generative control methods.
- Experience adapting large-scale models for robotics.
- Ability to deploy and optimize models for real-world systems.
- Strong understanding of sim-to-real challenges.
- Experience with multi-modal inputs including vision and language.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch.
- Experience integrating learned policies with real-time control systems.
- Strong experimental design and debugging skills.
