Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Analyze system requirements and customize applications for optimal functionality.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, regression-testing environments, and internal engineering tools.
- Support software updates and releases for existing applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to verify that software meets technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on routine projects.
- Conduct market and industry analysis to inform project strategies and product offerings.
- Train operational staff on internally developed applications.
- Work variable schedules, including nights and weekends, as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong programming experience with C++, Golang, Python, and Linux shell scripting.
- Experience with CI/CD systems and automated software deployment processes.
- Experience with test automation and regression-testing environments.
- Experience developing or supporting internal engineering and developer productivity tools.
- Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.
- Equivalent coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, may be considered in place of the stated degree.
