Base Salary
$204k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the AI for Developers strategy from ideation to shipping.
- Make pragmatic architectural and technical decisions balancing ambition with constraints.
- Stay current on AI tooling landscape and balance innovation with developer impact.
- Serve as a champion and consultant to empower teams in adopting AI capabilities.
- Champion engineering excellence through high-quality code and reliable systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations and drive operational excellence for platform components.
Requirements
- 9+ years of industry experience or equivalent expertise.
- Experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms at scale.
- Hands-on experience applying AI technologies to software development challenges.
- Ability to quickly ramp up in new domains, technologies, or languages.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional partnerships with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, Typescript, or Kotlin.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
