Base Salary
$194k - $285k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable software solutions for security workflows.
- Design microservices and develop APIs for secure integrations.
- Lead technical direction and architectural decisions.
- Mentor engineers and establish engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or security engineering.
- Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems and microservices.
- Strong experience in building internal platforms, developer tooling, or automation systems.
- Highly skilled in backend development using Python.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Terraform for automation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
