Responsibilities
- Accelerate growth of existing revenue streams and establish new monetization opportunities.
- Own complex initiatives by refining requirements and creating technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Staff Engineers to drive technical alignment across systems and products.
- Advise leadership on technical considerations and partner on strategic planning.
- Lead full-stack engineering efforts across Web, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Rapidly prototype new features and synthesize insights through experimentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading large initiatives.
- Full-stack proficiency, particularly in React/React Native and Python backend development.
- Strong product sense with empathy for internal and external users.
- Technical leadership skills to translate ambiguous goals into executable roadmaps.
