Base Salary

$120k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

Communicate clearly through problem statements, messages, pull request descriptions, questions, and status updates.
Drive work to completion, including navigating ambiguity, feedback, and edge cases.
Ship stable, readable, well-tested code for efficient and delightful user experiences.
Solve challenging problems in unfamiliar areas and collaborate respectfully with teammates.
Apply feedback from mentors and peers while contributing ideas that balance product and technical needs.

Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication, sound judgment, ownership, collaboration, and care for colleagues.
Show evidence of shipping something real, professionally or independently.
Be comfortable reading and reasoning about React, TypeScript, and modern web code.
Have a solid grasp of browser, network, asynchronous behavior, and application-state fundamentals.
Be fluent with AI coding tools and demonstrate curiosity through something built, written, or independently figured out.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Redux or similar state management, canvas/WebGL or rendering engines such as Three.js or PixiJS, web performance optimization, LLM APIs or agents, and public writing, teaching, or learning.
