Responsibilities
- Partner with client business and engineering teams to translate complex problems into executable GenAI solutions.
- Own end-to-end solution delivery from discovery and architecture through production deployment.
- Build LLM-powered applications, copilots, assistants, RAG systems, and agentic workflows.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and external systems.
- Optimize solutions for latency, cost, accuracy, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Convert proofs of concept into production-grade enterprise platforms through rapid iteration.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and observable systems using cloud-native patterns.
- Develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and best practices for enterprise GenAI adoption.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior and executive client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python for large-scale, high-performance applications.
- Strong hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating production-grade systems.
- Solid foundation in distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven experience delivering in client-facing, ambiguous environments and working directly with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex, high-impact initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, Palantir, Azure, AWS, GCP, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, MLOps, model monitoring, and AI application frontend or UI development.
- Consulting, global delivery, field engineering, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Field Engineer experience is preferred.
- Experience building zero-to-one AI or data products is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior client leaders.
