Responsibilities
- Own and manage 2-3 core business systems, including administration and platform configuration.
- Drive system and process optimization through deep understanding of applications.
- Oversee Business Systems architecture for seamless tool and data integration.
- Provide strategic thought partnership and solution architecting with team leads.
- Model exemplary technical implementation and explore innovative solutions.
- Empower team members to achieve strategic goals through effective planning.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience administering an HR, Finance, or Sales system.
- Ability to travel as needed to support business objectives.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language.
