Responsibilities

Test new product features and bug fixes before release.
Create and execute manual test cases, scenarios, and plans.
Perform functional, application, security, performance, and regression testing.
Record, analyze, and report test results and complex issues.
Collaborate with QA, Product Owners, and development team members to understand testing requirements.
Participate in planning meetings and establish testing plans.
Test API endpoints using tools such as Postman.
Use basic SQL commands and queries.
Generate, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or similar tools in JavaScript.

3–5 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
Experience writing and executing manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
Basic SQL skills and API testing experience with tools such as Postman.
Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable Playwright or similar test scripts in JavaScript.
Knowledge of Google Chrome DevTools.
Practical Agile and Scrum experience.
Search concepts and experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow are advantageous.
Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, adapt to changing perspectives, and work independently.
