Responsibilities
- Test new product features and bug fixes before release.
- Create and execute manual test cases, scenarios, and plans.
- Perform functional, application, security, performance, and regression testing.
- Record, analyze, and report test results and complex issues.
- Collaborate with QA, Product Owners, and development team members to understand testing requirements.
- Participate in planning meetings and establish testing plans.
- Test API endpoints using tools such as Postman.
- Use basic SQL commands and queries.
- Generate, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or similar tools in JavaScript.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
- Experience writing and executing manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Basic SQL skills and API testing experience with tools such as Postman.
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable Playwright or similar test scripts in JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Google Chrome DevTools.
- Practical Agile and Scrum experience.
- Search concepts and experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow are advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, adapt to changing perspectives, and work independently.
