Responsibilities
- Own provisioning, configuration, deployments, monitoring, health, and incident response for dev, test, and UAT environments.
- Partner with application developers to reproduce, triage, and resolve environment and integration issues across the technology stack.
- Implement, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Perform performance tuning, monitoring, deployment troubleshooting, and engineering support work.
- Design, build, and support REST APIs and Kafka/event-driven integrations across systems and environments.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, and product teams to prioritize environment and platform work.
- Analyze and maintain data and database designs and models for troubleshooting and support.
- Use GenAI tools to assist with coding, test data, automated testing, and repetitive support and delivery work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with C#/.NET Core, Visual Studio, web services, XML, RESTful APIs, and Kafka or event-driven integration.
- 10+ years of experience designing and operating Azure cloud solutions, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Event Hub, Redis, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Azure Repos.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, system design, application integration, and data mapping between source and target systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, environment management, deployments, and supporting developers in lower environments.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MVC, MVVM, SOA, and related architectural concepts.
- Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical partners and collaborate across business and engineering teams.
- Understanding of financial services and lending or mortgage business models is preferred.
- Experience with OpenShift or multi-cloud AWS/Azure environments, prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, and support or SRE-style work in regulated banking environments is considered an asset.
