Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Design and develop efficient, scalable, and high-quality software.
- Work across web frontends, complex backends, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with business partners and UX/UI designers to clarify and refine requirements.
- Contribute to a design system or component library.
- Guide peers through technical expertise and participate in knowledge sharing.
- Use development lifecycle practices including Git, BitBucket, and pull requests.
- Adopt tools that improve team productivity, including evolving AI tooling where appropriate.
Requirements
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years on a complex, long-term project.
- Experience with a design system or component library and close collaboration with UX/UI designers.
- Strong understanding of development lifecycle management, Git, BitBucket, and pull requests.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
