Responsibilities
- Build accessible, high-performance web experiences and reusable UI components using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Lit, Stencil, Web Components, HTML, and CSS.
- Develop Node.js and Express services, middleware, packages, and REST or GraphQL integrations using npm.
- Deliver Adobe Experience Manager Sites solutions involving components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, HTL, content models, APIs, and integrations.
- Build and operate AWS backend and event-driven solutions using Lambda, S3, ECS, API Gateway, and Amazon EventBridge.
- Integrate modern UI frameworks with AEM headful, hybrid, and API-driven architectures.
- Implement automated testing, security, observability, performance optimization, deployment, and production operations.
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, production support, mentoring, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7+ years of full-stack engineering experience across modern JavaScript and Adobe Experience Manager development.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React, Lit, Stencil, or Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, npm, Express, API design, and secure server-side development.
- Proven Adobe Experience Manager Sites experience with components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, authoring, and integrations.
- Hands-on AWS experience with Lambda, S3, ECS, API Gateway, and Amazon EventBridge, including security, observability, scalability, and deployment practices.
- Strong collaboration, communication, code-review, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- Preferred experience includes integrating Lit Web Components with AEM, AEM as a Cloud Service, Core Components, Adobe Client Data Layer, Web SDK, Target, Experience Platform, Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Professional certification in AWS, AEM, or another relevant technology is preferred.
