Responsibilities
- Build accessible, high-performance web experiences with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Lit, Stencil, Web Components, HTML, and CSS.
- Create reusable UI components and design-system implementations for standalone applications and AEM-managed experiences.
- Develop Node.js and Express services, middleware, and REST or GraphQL integrations while managing packages with npm.
- Deliver AEM Sites solutions using components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi services, HTL, content models, and APIs.
- Integrate modern UI frameworks with AEM headful, hybrid, and API-driven architectures.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD, security, observability, and performance optimization across the full stack.
- Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, production support, mentoring, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7+ years of full-stack engineering experience across modern JavaScript and AEM development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React, Lit, Stencil, or Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, npm, Express, API design, and secure server-side development.
- Proven AEM Sites experience with components, templates, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL, authoring, and integrations.
- Hands-on AWS experience with Lambda, S3, ECS, API Gateway, and Amazon EventBridge, including security, observability, scalability, and CI/CD.
- Strong collaboration, communication, code-review, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
- Experience integrating Lit Web Components with AEM.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, Core Components, Adobe Client Data Layer, Web SDK, Target, or Experience Platform.
- Experience with Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Professional certification in AWS, AEM, and/or another relevant technology stack.
