Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the onsite subject matter expert for SAP IBP, Snowflake, SCP AI in Snowflake, and SAP CIDS.
- Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for planning, forecasting, and inventory management processes.
- Design, support, and optimize integration architecture across supply chain planning and enterprise systems.
- Translate supply chain business requirements into technical solutions and coordinate work between business teams and offshore IT resources.
- Develop and maintain data models, interface specifications, operational runbooks, and other technical documentation.
- Review system performance and recommend enhancements to scalability, performance, and data quality.
- Support AI/ML-driven Supply Chain Planning capabilities built within Snowflake.
- Provide on-call support and support supply chain planning transformation initiatives, including limited domestic and international travel as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong expertise in Snowflake data warehousing, data modeling, and supply chain analytics.
- Experience designing and supporting complex system integration architectures.
- Functional understanding of supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with global, matrixed teams.
- Experience with Agile and ITIL-based delivery methodologies.
