Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the Ladybug SDK for Windows and Linux.
- Build high-performance image-processing pipelines for panoramic image generation.
- Improve software performance through GPU acceleration and optimization.
- Investigate and resolve software, image-quality, and customer-reported issues.
- Develop camera calibration and focusing algorithms.
- Create image-quality metrics, validation methods, and analysis tools.
- Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical feasibility studies.
- Evaluate emerging imaging, sensor, optics, and computer vision technologies.
- Collaborate with hardware, optics, firmware, production, and product management teams to deliver product capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong modern C++ software development skills.
- Experience with image processing, computer vision, or scientific computing.
- Windows and Linux development experience.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with OpenCV, CUDA, GPU computing, calibration, photogrammetry, or multi-camera systems is advantageous.
