Responsibilities
- Advise senior enterprise customer leaders and executives on transformative Cloud and AI strategies.
- Provide technical vision and leadership for complex, high-impact projects.
- Lead Azure consumption plans and align technical strategies with customer success objectives.
- Guide customers in adopting AI at scale and executing their transformation journeys.
- Lead architecture design workshops and oversee secure, scalable, resilient end-to-end solution implementation and quality assurance.
- Apply the Cloud Adoption Framework, Well-Architected Framework, and Azure architectural best practices to mission-critical workloads.
- Collaborate with account teams and leadership on account planning, deal creation, consumption plans, and customer success plans.
- Support Azure and Unified Health, account expansion, renewals, and next-best workload opportunities.
- Enable production-scale AI use cases across AI applications, infrastructure, and data.
- Maintain advanced cloud certifications and technical expertise across priority workloads.
- Mentor and upskill technical communities and act as an internal and external technical thought leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 6+ years of experience leading technical projects.
- Technical certification in cloud technologies, such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certifications.
- Preferred capabilities include business relationship management, competitor intelligence, trusted advising, change management, customer advocacy, architecture design, cloud solution resiliency, security solutions, technical solution development, business acumen, operational excellence, and opportunity identification.
