Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Integrate AI agents and workflows to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, make team decisions, and contribute to cross-team decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on business agility principles.
- Develop and implement strategies that improve organizational adaptability and responsiveness.
- Advise clients and stakeholders on business agility, transformation, process improvement, and technology innovation.
- Translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
