Machine Learning Engineer Graduate (Global E-Commerce, Platform Governance) - 2027 Start (PhD)

- Use algorithms to mine, identify, and predict risks and low-quality merchants, products, and creators in e-commerce scenarios.
- Identify events and behaviors affecting product experience and efficiency, and build data models that support business operations.
- Build data for e-commerce live streaming/video, products, merchants, and creators, including large-scale network and feature-sequence models.
- Build graph storage and graph learning platforms to improve relationship building and governance within the e-commerce community.
- Research and implement machine learning, graph learning, and sequence learning technologies in scalable production systems.
Requirements
- Candidates must be completing or have recently completed a PhD in software development, computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong coding skills and familiarity with deep learning, graph neural network, and machine learning frameworks are required.
- Knowledge of machine learning, graph learning, or sequence learning algorithms, including graph modeling, node or subgraph classification, community mining, representation learning, and self-supervised or semi-supervised learning, is required.
- Experience building or contributing to AI-Agent projects, including agent workflows, tool or function calling, multi-agent collaboration, or LLM-based application development, is required.
- Relevant industry experience and a solid theoretical foundation in machine learning are required.
- Teamwork and communication skills, relevant business experience, publications at high-level computer science conferences, competition experience, and familiarity with data mining, search recommendation, content understanding, governance risk control, Hive, Spark, and Hadoop are preferred.
