Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, refine, and optimize AI and generative AI solutions using LLMs.
  • Build and evaluate prompts, RAG workflows, embeddings, model outputs, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Fine-tune or adapt foundation models for business use cases where appropriate.
  • Create AI pipelines for data preparation, inference, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify AI opportunities with business and technology teams and convert them into scalable solutions.
  • Conduct proofs of concept using emerging AI tools, frameworks, and model architectures.
  • Apply responsible AI, governance, risk, and compliance requirements to solution designs.
  • Document reusable technical methods, approaches, and best practices.
  • Contribute independently to AI model development and deliver at least one practical LLM-based use case or proof of concept within the first 90 days.

Requirements

  • At least four years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and large language models is stated in the role summary.
  • At least two years of practical experience in AI, ML, data science, or generative AI development is stated in the detailed requirements.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • An MBA or equivalent business management qualification is desirable.
  • Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral, Gemini, or similar models.
  • Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, NLP, deep learning, model evaluation, generative AI, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, model monitoring, responsible AI, AI safety, and governance.
  • Experience with AI orchestration, reusable AI workflow design, Python, SQL, Git, TensorFlow or PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI Services, Snowflake, vector databases, and cloud AI services.
  • Ability to work independently, learn quickly, move from concept to delivery with limited supervision, analyze problems through experimentation, and communicate AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
