Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Delphi.
- Develop SQL scripts to load demographic, charge, and surgery schedule data into the billing platform.
- Conduct code reviews and support software quality, performance, and coding standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
- Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and efficient system architecture decisions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Create and maintain software design, coding, and system documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of SQL development experience.
- Minimum of two years of Delphi development experience.
- Strong experience with .NET Core, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and Azure cloud services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Math, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- Experience with AI integration, LLM-based systems, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems is strongly preferred.
- Healthcare, revenue cycle management, or interface development experience is preferred.
- Experience with SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Microsoft technologies is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel including pivot tables, database software, applicable laws and policies, and standard office equipment.
