- Manage end-to-end Workato integration design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Set up Workato environments and develop integration flows from business requirements and technical designs.
- Conduct field mapping sessions and coordinate integration delivery with application teams, stakeholders, and system subject-matter experts.
- Prepare technical design specifications and ensure adherence to integration standards and best practices.
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing, optimize integration solutions, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Estimate project complexity, effort, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior consultants and business analysts.
- Participate in recruiting, staffing, training, and other practice-building initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field.
- 6–7 years of experience with Application-to-Application and Business-to-Business integrations.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Workato integrations.
- Workato Automation Pro 1, 2, and 3 certifications.
- Experience implementing complex, scalable, and high-volume integrations across cloud and on-premises applications.
- Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL integrations.
- Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, and at least one programming language.
- Experience with API management, REST, SOAP, WSDL, WS-Security, OAuth, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
- Strong communication, negotiation, expectation-management, documentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
