Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement multi-agent AI solutions using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Build and maintain conversational AI applications, agent workflows, memory management, tool integrations, and decision-making capabilities across distributed agent ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python and Java.
- At least 2 years of experience developing AI/ML, generative AI, conversational AI, or agent-based applications using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integrations with AI platforms.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with multi-agent orchestration, RAG solutions, vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, autonomous workflows, and cloud environments.
- Preferred: understanding of prompt engineering, conversation design, evaluation frameworks, AI governance, observability, and responsible AI practices.
- Preferred: experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern software architecture patterns.
