Responsibilities

Architect, design, develop, and unit test Forescout product features.
Deliver critical security and networking features for complex customer environments.
Work with senior technical leaders and product management to define the networking feature roadmap.
Collaborate with QA, technical publications, support, and other teams to ensure high-quality end-to-end delivery.
Evaluate and explain emerging security technologies.
Design, develop, and deploy integrations with third-party APIs and identity or network infrastructure systems.
Troubleshoot interoperability issues across complex enterprise environments.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience delivering production-quality software.
Hands-on experience with at least two of Java, C/C++, Perl, Python, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and accounting concepts.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, SSH, RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, and EAP.
Experience delivering software distributed across customer premises or SaaS solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Self-starter mindset and willingness to work across multiple areas as needed.
