Responsibilities
- Build critical iOS financial features, including architectural and UI improvements.
- Collaborate with backend teams, designers, product managers, and cross-functional colleagues.
- Solve real-time synchronization challenges and lead new engineering initiatives.
- Maintain code quality through refactoring, unit testing, code reviews, and quality-focused development practices.
- Contribute to Qonto’s modular Swift application and its mobile engineering community.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a native mobile engineer with strong Swift skills and deep knowledge of the iOS ecosystem, SDK, and development lifecycle.
- Strong commitment to best practices, including unit testing with XCTest and FBSnapshots, clean code, and SOLID principles.
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a growth mindset toward learning new technologies and supporting a large-scale product.
