Responsibilities
- Design and build automated deployment pipelines for Oracle EBS and related Oracle technology layers.
- Automate environment cloning, synchronization, refresh, code migration, and application and infrastructure promotion across development through production.
- Administer and optimize FlexDeploy and GitLab, including release orchestration, repository automation, branching, merge controls, and deployment triggers.
- Establish standardized, auditable release processes and provide documentation, training, emergency-change support, and tool support.
- Contribute to the DevSecOps roadmap and embed security controls, scanning, compliance checks, traceability, auditability, and policy enforcement into pipelines.
- Define execution-level KPIs and provide data-backed reporting on pipeline health and release automation anomalies.
- Coordinate with Oracle EBS, BI/reporting, identity, integration, security, and other application teams.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend deployment support through an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Oracle development experience in Oracle EBS or a comparable large-scale Oracle application environment.
- Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle Application Framework, Workflow, FlexDeploy or comparable release orchestration tools, and GitLab.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible, shell scripting, and Oracle Cloud Integration or a comparable integration platform.
- Working knowledge of packaging, dependency, and promotion requirements for BI Publisher, Connect Direct, database deployments, ODI, OHS, Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, BR100 documentation/deployment, and WebLogic.
- Experience with environment cloning, configuration management, and release governance across multi-layer Oracle application stacks.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team coordination skills.
- Ability to participate in after-hours and weekend on-call support.
- Preferred experience includes AI-driven automation capabilities, OID, OAM, OIM, IBM ACE, IBM CMOD, IBM ITX, Incorta, OBIEE/OAS, Hyperion, Tableau, Oracle Letters, regulated environments, compliance frameworks, audit support, UFT/QPT or similar testing tools, ServiceNow, Agile and ITIL practices, and ITIL Foundation certification v3 or higher.
- Must be able to pass a CMS background check and meet the requirement to have resided in the United States for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
