Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define the client architecture strategy for RTO.
- Shape platform configurability and extensibility for diverse customer experiences.
- Set and evolve the frontend architecture, including module boundaries and shared libraries.
- Steward cross-cutting platform concerns like auth, logging, and UI cohesion.
- Drive client reliability, performance, and quality at scale.
- Lead the use of AI-assisted engineering across the client development lifecycle.
- Review designs and architecture from engineers, ensuring high standards.
- Mentor and grow senior engineers within the organization.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leaders to translate goals into technical strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- First-principles thinker with a focus on long-term architecture.
- Experience designing systems that scale to millions of users.
- Deep frontend expertise in TypeScript and modern frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience building configurable platforms for multiple customer segments.
- Track record of improving reliability and performance of production systems.
- Daily use of AI-assisted engineering tools with a focus on quality.
- Strong communication skills to influence across teams.
- Customer-obsessed mindset with the ability to balance business and engineering priorities.
