Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend and backend software solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical implementations
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through thoughtful design and testing
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code and participate in code reviews
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and help shape the team’s technical direction
- Mentor and support junior engineers and promote technical excellence
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and user experience
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience developing and maintaining full-stack applications
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Understanding of cloud environments and deployment tools such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with Angular and/or React is preferred
- Ability to write well-tested, maintainable, and scalable code
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
