Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Quote-to-Cash, Experience Cloud, and the core platform.
- Own features end-to-end by clarifying requirements with stakeholders, building, testing, deploying, and supporting them in production.
- Design reusable data models, security and sharing foundations, Apex services, and shared components.
- Build custom integrations with enterprise systems and extend, configure, and troubleshoot AppExchange managed packages.
- Partner with Solution Architects, Staff Developers, administrators, data teams, DevOps teammates, and the integration/middleware team on solution design and cross-system troubleshooting.
- Conduct design and code reviews, maintain unit test coverage and quality standards, and mentor newer team members.
- Own deployments through Git, SFDX, and the Salesforce CI/CD pipeline.
- Participate in production support through triage, root-cause analysis, hotfixes, and long-term remediation.
- Use AI development tools such as Agentforce Vibes, Copilot, and Claude in day-to-day engineering work.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience on the core platform.
- Strong production-grade Apex skills, including triggers, asynchronous patterns, governor-limit-aware design, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Hands-on Lightning Web Components experience and working knowledge of Aura and Visualforce.
- Strong Salesforce Flow and declarative automation skills, with judgment about when to use configuration versus code.
- Sound Salesforce data model and security fundamentals, including custom objects, relationships, record types, sharing, profiles, and permission sets.
- Hands-on custom integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Bulk APIs, and Streaming APIs, including error handling, retries, and logging.
- Experience integrating with and extending AppExchange managed packages and debugging issues across managed and custom code.
- Experience with Git, SFDX, and modern Salesforce CI/CD tooling.
- Depth in at least one of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Quote-to-Cash, or Experience Cloud, with interest in working across all domains.
- Strong collaboration, communication, stakeholder translation, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, CPQ Specialist, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Preferred experience includes CPQ or Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud/partner portals, listed AppExchange packages, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, ERP/billing/ITSM integrations, and AI development tools in a Salesforce context.
- Additional European language skills, including Spanish, are welcome but not required.
