Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and high-level solution design for SAP BTP applications.
- Create architecture artifacts and Technical Specification Documents based on business requirements.
- Design and develop SAP UI5/Fiori and SAP CAP applications on SAP BTP using Node.js and Core Data Services.
- Guide delivery teams technically and coordinate communication between clients and offshore teams.
- Connect SAP BTP applications with S/4 and third-party services using standard BTP services and application routers.
- Configure and administer SAP Fiori Launchpad and troubleshoot applications using logs, traces, and monitoring tools.
- Apply SAP BTP security and secure application development best practices.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform and hands-on experience with SAP UI5/Fiori and SAP CAP development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, and Node.js.
- Extensive experience with SAP Cloud Application Programming Model using Node.js and Core Data Services.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Application Studio, application routers, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP security concepts, including XSUAA, and experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and administration.
- Ability to design applications aligned with UI/UX strategy and prepare technical specifications from business requirements.
- Understanding of SAP BTP services, frameworks, libraries, and integrations with S/4 and third-party services.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging with logs, traces, and monitoring tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Exposure to SAP Build Process Automation and AI/Generative AI capabilities on SAP BTP is advantageous.
