Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize acquisition, activation, onboarding, and trial-conversion flows.
- Build and evaluate A/B tests and product feature variations using product analytics.
- Own end-to-end delivery across responsive frontend interfaces and scalable backend logic.
- Create, test, deploy, and monitor production code autonomously and reliably.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts to turn user insights into product experiences.
- Mentor teammates and promote technical growth within the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated professional experience across both frontend and backend development with true full-stack expertise.
- Strong frontend expertise building complex modern UI components, reactive interfaces, and web applications.
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks such as React, and API integration.
- Product and data mindset with familiarity with product analytics, conversion funnels, and data-informed decisions.
- Primary experience should not be limited to Ruby, Python, or purely backend frameworks.
- Growth engineering, onboarding optimization, monetization, rapid experimentation, and product-led SaaS experience are preferred.
- Ability to write simple, high-quality, performant, and maintainable code and communicate proactively across functions.
