Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for FuzeRx’s platforms.
- Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code for critical system components.
- Own the reliability and performance of core platforms, diagnosing complex issues.
- Act as a technical consultant and mentor to engineers across multiple squads.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Pharmacy Operations to align technology with business objectives.
- Architect systems with privacy by design, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and build prototypes to support new initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a Tech Lead or Architect role.
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails or Python, and proficiency with PostgreSQL and AWS.
- Proven experience in designing and scaling high-volume API-led platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex architectural trade-offs.
- Availability for critical tier-3 escalation architecture support.
