Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a reusable, scalable UI component library.
- Partner with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements and designs into usable components.
- Promote adoption of the component library through demos, documentation, and best-practice guidance.
- Implement and advocate for WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA accessibility standards, including keyboard navigation and screen-reader support.
- Build responsive applications using React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Conduct accessibility audits and incorporate feedback into development cycles.
- Collaborate with Flutter teams to maintain design consistency across mobile platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on React.js.
- Experience with accessibility standards and WCAG 2.2 AA/AAA compliance.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
- Familiarity with mobile-first design and Flutter integration.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend tooling.
