Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable clinical applications using Node.js, NestJS, Vue.js, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run and other cloud-native services.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and resource management with Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Argo CD.
Design and optimize databases, SQL queries, data workflows, and real-time streaming pipelines using PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Google Dataflow, Google Composer or Apache Airflow, and Kafka.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and improve observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting.
Apply security, compliance, and HIPAA data protection practices while addressing vulnerabilities with security teams.
Coach team members, conduct pull-request reviews, represent the team in architecture and infrastructure collaboration, and provide technical training.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
9–14 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years delivering and supporting production software products.
At least 5 years of experience with Vue.js and Node.js and at least 4 years working with Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency with JavaScript, Python, SQL, Vue.js, Node.js, NestJS, GCP services, infrastructure tools, databases, workflow orchestration, messaging, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Composer, BigQuery, Dataflow, Terraform, ARM templates, Docker, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, non-relational databases, Jenkins, and Argo CD.
Strong API development, cloud-native development, security, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-service skills.
Knowledge of healthcare data standards is preferred.
