Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries using component-driven design.
- Implement state management with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, Context API, and Hooks.
- Design and implement micro-frontend and microservices-based frontend architectures.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, enterprise architects, backend teams, and product teams.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend development, security, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployment, monitoring, availability, reliability, and observability.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation.
- Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and lead technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of overall IT experience and at least 8 years of relevant frontend development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience designing and implementing micro-frontend architecture.
- Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive web design, and the React ecosystem.
- Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga, Redux Thunk, React Router, Context API, and Hooks.
- Knowledge of component-based design, frontend performance optimization, design patterns, and frontend best practices.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum environments, code review, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, REST API development, GraphQL, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, accessibility standards such as WCAG, and healthcare or regulated industries.
