Responsibilities
- Build forecasting algorithms, classification and regression models, LLM-powered tools, AI agents, and other fit-for-purpose AI solutions.
- Own solutions throughout design, implementation, production deployment, monitoring, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify meaningful problems, translate requirements, and create implementation plans.
- Collaborate with the AI Platform team on shared infrastructure, technical architecture, and the AI stack.
- Present progress and findings to technical peers, chapter leads, business owners, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create lightweight documentation and run enablement sessions for business teams.
- Build reusable AI components and help shape the strategy, culture, and technical foundations of a new team.
Requirements
- Strong Python skills and practical experience across forecasting, classification, regression, LLMs, and agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
- Hands-on professional experience building and shipping AI solutions and owning them in production.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps tooling.
- Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure, REST APIs, FastAPI or similar frameworks, and SQL.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems and workflows into clear technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work proactively and take ownership in an ambiguous, startup-like environment.
