Base Salary

$213k - $273k/yr

Responsibilities

Own the technical vision for the Integration team and its services.
Translate product and business goals into technical strategies and execution plans.
Contribute production code and set standards for design and code quality.
Lead architectural decisions for scalable backend systems.
Drive execution across multiple projects, identifying risks and dependencies.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Mentor and develop engineers on the team.
Support hiring by attracting and interviewing strong engineering talent.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience building backend services using modern languages like Python, Go, or Java.
Experience with SQL and relational databases in production.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong technical leadership experience and ability to influence without formal authority.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
