Responsibilities
- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain the deployable Python multi-agent runtime.
- Implement agent lifecycle management, instantiation, state persistence, audit-trail logging, and termination.
- Build and scale the Principal Agent to schedule tasks and aggregate results from specialized child agents.
- Develop the RCA Inspector to analyze incident context and generate ranked, explainable root-cause hypotheses.
- Maintain contract-driven integrations across data, knowledge, and experience streams using APIs and streaming protocols.
- Build secure, human-approved remediation integrations for reroutes, CASM tickets, and partner notifications.
Requirements
- Advanced Python development experience building scalable, production-ready backend services.
- Hands-on experience developing multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, tool-use logic, and state management.
- Experience designing contract-driven APIs and integrations using gRPC, REST, WebSockets, SSE, or MCP.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and streaming architectures.
- Strong focus on explainability, auditability, and reconstructable agent decisions.
- Preferred: experience with network topology, IP core overload protection, telecommunications protocols, VoLTE service chains, Anodot, Prophet, or graph database queries.
